Chelsea is Back With a Bang!

So Made in Chelsea returned back to our screens last night with it’s fifth series! And boy was it a good one! All your favourite posh totty returned, with a few new fresh faces to add to the drama.

When series 4 ended in December, we were all were left reeling when Francis dropped the bombshell of Spencer apparently cheating on Louise, and of course that superb slap from Miss Mille Macintosh. We were all left heart broken when things didn’t work out between Binky and Jamie. Our hearts were warmed by the will they/won’t they saga, which resulted with Sophia and Francis finally getting together! And we were all up in Lucy Watson’s grill? Yes we remember it well.

But, a few months down the line, everything has changed, once again. Nothing stays quiet in Chelsea for long. Louise and Spencer have reunited, even though he admitted that he had cheated on her, but is all happy? Apparently not, when Lucy dropped the bombshell of Spencer asking her on a date, the day after Spencer and Louise broke up. Queue Spencer to get slapped in the face once more, this time with a napkin. Nice shot though Louise. Are the couple going to survive this?

Some new faces joined the cast, much to Andy and Stevie’s delight. Sisters Fran and Olivia waltzed in, along with friend Phoebe. Are they going to ruffle some feathers with the Chelsea lot? Binky sure didn’t look impressed when Andy was flirting with them!

The best relationship of the last series has indeed broken down. Francis and Sophia are no more. Francis revealed that Sophia got cold feet and left Chelsea. Any hopes of him reuniting with old flame Ashley? Not a chance, as she’s moved on and is now the official girlfriend of Ollie Locke. Losing track yet?

Jamie and Proudlock were facing big dilemmas this week. Who to live with: Spencer or Francis? Since Francis revealed that Spencer cheated on Louise, the boys are definitely not on friendly terms. And poor Proudlock and Jamie are smack bang in the middle. I have a feeling this is a feud that isn’t going to end anytime soon.

Wow! What an opening to Season 5! Plenty of drama to keep us hooked all series once again! And didn’t the preview for next week look even better? We are counting down the days already.
